ご予約方法について

当院は時間帯予約制で診察を行っております。
お電話（03-3906-0202／受付 9:30〜12:30、13:30〜17:00）やインターネット予約から診療予約をお願いします。ご予約の際は臨時休診日のお知らせをご確認ください。

ご予約が無い方の診療について

当院受診が初めてで、ご予約が無い方

必ず来院前に、診察可能かどうかお電話で確認していただいてからご来院ください。事前連絡が無い場合、診療をお断りすることがございます。また、待ち時間が長くかかること、受付終了時間は予約の方より早く終了しますのでご了承ください。

当院通院中の方で、ご予約が無い方

ご来院前に診察可能かどうか電話確認ください。診療状況によっては診察をお断りすることがあります。なお、予約診療の方より受付時間は早く終了しますのでご了承ください。

人工妊娠中絶、緊急避妊薬希望、当院通院中の妊婦さんで出血や腹痛で診察を希望する場合については、Web予約が取れない場合、受付時間内にお電話でご連絡ください。

手術や処置後の不調、当院通院中の妊婦さんの出血や腹痛で急を要する場合は、緊急連絡先電話にご連絡ください。

【NOTICE】For non-native speakers of Japanese

For foreign patients, the presentation of a valid photo identification document such as a 'My Number card', 'residence card', or 'passport' is mandatory. Patients who do not speak Japanese must be accompanied by an individual who is fluent in both Japanese and the patient’s native language in order to prevent any misunderstandings or complications. Should the use of an interpreter or interpreting application be deemed necessary at the time of check-in, an additional fee of 5,500 yen will be charged. If this fee is declined, or if you arrive without a qualified accompanying interpreter and we determine that adequate communication cannot be ensured, we will be unable to proceed with your consultation and your check-in will be declined.
